
Mango Chia Seed Lassi
A twist to the classic mango lassi
Equipment
- blender
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk yogurt
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2 mangoes(ripe)
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp clove
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
Notes
You can use any type of yogurt for this recipe but we prefer plant milk yogurt
If it is not sweet enough then you can a sweetener of your choice but with very ripe mangoes it should be sweet enough.
If you like your chia seeds intact then throw it in after blending ingredients
