Bananas are yummy and great for health. They are rich in hydration, magnesium, flavonoids, potassium, and fiber, which can decrease inflammation and help fight against diseases. Nut butter is also wonderful for an extra boost of energy. The chia seeds and hemp seeds offer additional nutrients that promote overall health and wellness.
